Official Ice Out Entry List for 2008
Here is the list. If I missed anyone let me know ASAP The pot is 111 dollars to the winner or winners to split. Remember if he sinks after dark he gets credit to the next day. 11:30 Monday I added a couple more that were in my Spring Break/Easter Mail that I missed. I think I have them all now.

Due to the fact that the Lakeland Times just did an article in their extra section on the Ice Out today I am going to extend the time to get guesses in my mail box to Wednesday March 19th to give anybody new a chance to get in. Get your guesses in!! Looking like this I do not think Cliff is going down anytime soon

Cliff is back for his 3rd annual trek to the lake where he will wait on the lake to see what day he sinks. This year he is styling with some very attractive sunglasses for all his lady admirers. What day will Cliff sink into the lake is anyone's guess and each guess is 5 dollars

This year as usual Cliff is sitting in an official Black's Cliff green beach chair. This chair is heavy about 40 lbs give or take a few lbs for layers of paint

Cliff is located about 50 feet from shore

What day will Cliff take the plunge into Lower Kaubashine? Take a guess of the date and mail it to Black's Cliff Resort PO Box 125 Hazelhurst WI 54531 along with 5 dollars per guess. All guesses must be in my mail box by March 15th to count. If Cliff sinks after dark his sinking will be credited to the next day, Jenny and Troy are not staying up or sleeping at the lake to see the exact hour in the night he sinks. Safety is always number 1 at Black's Cliff and Cliff is wearing nothing but the best with his sporty purple lifejacket another fashion statement that I am sure will make him even more attractive to his female fans. He has gotten quite a fan club over the years and has been known to have a few of his lady fans stopping by to warm him up with a kiss on the cheek

For each 5 dollar entry, 3 dollars will be added to the cash pot for the winner. The other 2 dollars is a donation to The Northwoods Animal Hospital www.northwoodswildlifecenter.com a wildlife rehab hospital that helps injured wildlife get better and back into the wild where they belong. If there are multiple guesses for a particular day then the pot will be split among all the folks that picked that day. Winning also gives you bragging rights for 2008

It is a lonely job but Cliff is up to it and at his post. I hear he has something coming in the mail from Florida that will keep him warm through the nights.
